Following the success of its first model non-disclosure agreement (NDA) form published in 2008, Orgalim now publishes an updated version of the model that takes into account the legislative changes brought about by the European Directive 2016/943 on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information (trade secrets) against unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure of trade secrets, such as the recall of products which have been manufactured through unlawful use of trade secrets.
